An integrated solution for easy reporting and management of disaster situations using an open API. The project aims to help the government determine what the affected individuals by the disaster need and the locations where a disaster have been reported. Here@Help comprises of a reporting app [https://github.com/pup-progguild/hereathelp_client], a management app [https://github.com/pup-progguild/hereathelp_web], and an open API [https://github.com/pup-progguild/hereathelp_api] to serve its purpose.

About Us
We're the PUP Programming Guild, a bunch of students from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines who consumes more time outside school, than inside classes. But really, we take our studies to heart. We deal with competitions, hackathons, and action movies.
